Please read these terms carefully before registering or using any ebaji product. By accessing the platform you agree to be bound by these conditions.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ebaji ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any person ("Player", "you") who registers for or uses the services, games, betting markets, and features available at ebaji.onl. By creating an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the ebaji platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ebaji platform.

ebaji reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the ebaji platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of their obligations.

Governing Rules

These Terms are the complete agreement between the Player and ebaji. They supersede all prior representations.

1. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active ebaji account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

  1. You must be at least 21 years of age. ebaji performs age verification at the point of registration using the date of birth provided. KYC documentation confirming age is required before any withdrawal is approved.
  2. You must be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not legally prohibited for personal use. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of your participation before registering.
  3. You must register using accurate personal information including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
  4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ebaji or any affiliated third-party provider. Such individuals are prohibited from participating in real-money games or betting markets on the platform.

ebaji reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the ebaji platform. Registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, same mobile number, same payment method, or same device — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ebaji reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or past winnings derived from those accounts.

Account Security Obligations

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
  • ebaji support staff will never request your password by any communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from ebaji and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
  • You must notify ebaji support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ebaji will take reasonable steps to secure the account following such a report.
  • Use a strong, unique password for your ebaji account. ebaji recommends a minimum of 8 characters including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and at least one special character. Do not reuse passwords from other services.

KYC Verification

ebaji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC requires submission of a government-issued photo identity document — a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport — along with a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address where required.

ebaji may also request additional documentation at any time for account security or fraud prevention purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of the request will result in the account being placed on hold until the verification process is completed. ebaji is committed to completing KYC reviews promptly and will notify the player by their registered mobile number or email upon completion.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

ebaji accepts deposits via the following methods available to Bangladesh players. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at the time of your deposit.
  • Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed in the deposit interface at the time of transaction.
  • All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ebaji does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refunded and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed:

  • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. ebaji reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time is 10 to 30 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Processing times may be longer for first withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or during periods of high volume.
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the withdrawal interface at the time of the request.
  • ebaji does not charge fees on withdrawals processed via bKash or Nagad. Any fees imposed by the payment provider itself are outside ebaji's control and may be deducted by the provider before funds reach your wallet.

ebaji does not accept cash transactions, money orders, or deposits via cryptocurrency. Any attempt to fund an account via an unsupported payment channel will be returned to its source and the account may be flagged for review.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

ebaji offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all ebaji bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier (e.g. 20x, 30x) is stated in each offer's terms and conditions.
  • Bonuses may only be claimed once per player per offer unless the offer specifically states that it is a recurring or reload bonus. Attempting to claim a one-time bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will be treated as fraudulent activity.
  • ebaji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a bonus at the time of a change will have their existing bonus honoured under the terms that applied when they opted in.
  • Free spins awarded as part of a bonus offer are valid only for the specified game or games stated in the offer. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the relevant offer terms before withdrawal.
  • Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly unless and until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Cash balance and bonus balance are tracked separately in the player's account.

Players are advised to read all bonus terms and conditions before opting into any promotional offer. If you are unsure about the terms of a specific bonus, contact ebaji support before claiming the offer. Claiming a bonus constitutes full acceptance of that bonus's terms.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

ebaji is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ebaji platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

  • Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including communicating hole cards or private game information in live dealer games.
  • Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, or using automated tools to claim or wager bonuses.
  • Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider after funds have been credited to your ebaji account and used for gaming activity. ebaji will contest all fraudulent chargeback claims and reserves the right to pursue recovery through available legal channels.
  • Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard human players.
  • Money Laundering: Using the ebaji platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity, structure deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or otherwise use the platform for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling entertainment.

ebaji employs automated fraud detection tools and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, ebaji may freeze the account, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct a full investigation before determining the outcome. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not receive refunds of any deposits made during the period under investigation.

6. Responsible Gaming

ebaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from their account settings and may be activated at any time without needing to contact customer support:

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending. Once a deposit limit is reduced, the reduction takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
  • Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period. Once the loss limit is reached, no further real-money wagers can be placed until the period resets.
  • Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder to notify you after a defined period of continuous play. Reminders are delivered as on-screen notifications within the game session.
  • Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 12 months) or permanently close your account. During a self-exclusion period, login access is revoked and all marketing communications are suspended. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ebaji platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, videos, and the overall design and compilation of the platform — is the intellectual property of ebaji or its licensed content suppliers. No part of the ebaji platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the express written consent of ebaji.

Game content provided by third-party suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective suppliers and is licensed to ebaji for use on the platform. Player access to game content does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ebaji's liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the player's use of the platform, or any game or betting outcome shall be limited as follows:

  • ebaji is not liable for any loss of profits, indirect losses, consequential damages, or losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or errors by third-party payment providers, provided that ebaji has taken reasonable steps to restore service and communicate with affected players.
  • ebaji is not responsible for losses arising from a player's decision to gamble, including losses sustained during any game session regardless of the player's understanding of the game, the odds, or the wagering requirement of any active bonus.
  • ebaji's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their ebaji account in the 30 days preceding the incident.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ebaji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law.

9. Amendments and Termination

ebaji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by updating this page and revising the effective date shown at the top of this document. Where changes are material, ebaji will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered mobile number or email address. Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

ebaji may suspend or terminate any player account at any time if the player is found to have breached these Terms, provided false information during registration, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if account closure is necessary for responsible gaming reasons. Upon termination for breach, any balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Any balance attributable to genuine deposits that have not been subject to prohibited conduct will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ebaji operates as an online entertainment platform and does not make representations regarding the legal status of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the ebaji platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.

Any dispute between a player and ebaji should first be raised with the ebaji support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter informally within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint. Complaints may be submitted via the support email address displayed in the footer of this page. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures. ebaji's decision following a good-faith investigation shall be final in the absence of demonstrable error.
